Pick a ready-made template, choose any add-on services you need, and we set it all up for you — hosting, domain, integrations and all. You get a professional website without paying agency rates, and you own it outright once it's live.
A template is the design itself (e.g. our Restaurant or Boutique Fashion template). A package (see our Packages page) bundles a template with a level of setup — from "just the template" up to a fully custom build. Additional Services are individual one-off or monthly add-ons, like SEO setup or a booking system, you can add to any package.
A template-only purchase can be live within days of us receiving your content and branding. Fully custom builds and larger add-ons (like a store or booking system integration) take longer — we'll give you a clear timeline on your onboarding call once you've purchased.
No. Our templates are plug-and-play and every file is commented like a mini tutorial if you want to edit things yourself later. If you'd rather we handle the branding and content entirely, choose the Template + Branding package instead.

Templates start from £500, Template + Branding from £1,000, and Custom Order and Service & Support packages are quoted individually depending on scope. Use our Instant Quote tool on the homepage to build a real estimate in a couple of minutes based on exactly what you need.
Yes — our Instant Quote tool automatically applies a 10% discount to your one-off setup costs once you add 2 or more setup add-ons to your package. This discount doesn't apply to any ongoing monthly support or subscription costs, only the initial build.
No hidden fees from us. Some services rely on third-party tools — Swell for stores, Stripe for payments, Cal.com for bookings, Beds24 for hotel/stay reservations — and those providers bill their own transaction or subscription fees directly, separate from our pricing. We flag exactly which services need this during your onboarding call.
We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure checkout. For Custom Order and larger Service & Support packages, we'll agree a payment schedule with you directly as part of your quote.
Yes, our Support Services (Website Care, Analytics, SEO Essentials and the Full Website Service package) are all cancel-anytime, no long-term contract required.

Yes. Every template's colours and fonts live in one file so a full rebrand is quick, and the templates are plain HTML/CSS/JS with no build step — open a file, change the text, save. Comments throughout explain what to edit and where.
Yes — you can add these yourself if you're comfortable editing HTML, or we can build them for you as an Additional Website Page service (£100/page), fully matched to your site's design and SEO setup.
Yes — every template and package is yours outright. You own your website instead of renting it, unlike many agency subscription or "website as a service" models where the site disappears if you stop paying.

Yes — our Store Integration service adds a fully custom store with secure Stripe payments and a product catalogue to any template. No base template includes a store by default.
Yes, our Account System service lets customers sign in, view an account dashboard and see their order or booking history — can be added on its own or alongside the store.
The Standard booking system (via Cal.com) suits daily service or appointment businesses like hairdressers and clinics. The Advanced booking system (via Beds24) is for overnight stays and property management — hotels, B&Bs and short-let stays.
Yes, these are third-party providers your site connects to, so you'll need your own account with whichever tool your template uses. We handle the technical setup and integration for you and talk you through what's needed on your onboarding call.
The account.html page in our own templates is a visual demo showing what your customers' account area could look like — it isn't wired to live order data. A real, working account system is set up for your specific site as part of the Account System service.
