Cheapwebsitestore is a trading name of Bartrekker Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 15524617, with its registered office at 8 Melton Road, WA7 4AH. When you place an order through this site, you are entering into a contract with Bartrekker Ltd, not with "Cheapwebsitestore" as a separate legal entity.
Templates and packages are sold as described on each product page. "Template Only" purchases deliver the raw template files to your email as a .zip; "Template + Branding" and Custom Order purchases include the customisation work described on the relevant page. Ongoing Support Services are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.
"Template Only" files are delivered by email as a .zip within 24 hours of payment being confirmed. For "Template + Branding" and Custom Orders, we agree the scope and an estimated timescale with you on your onboarding call; those timescales are estimates and depend on you providing the content and feedback we need in good time.
Once purchased, you own the delivered template files outright — there's no ongoing licence fee to keep using them. You may not resell or redistribute the raw template files themselves as a competing product.
When you order a website from us, you may give us your company's logos, images, text, brand guidelines, login details, customer or product information and other material ("Your Content"). Your Content, and everything we learn about your business while working with you, stays yours and stays confidential.

We will only disclose Your Content or confidential information without your permission if the law, a court or a regulator requires us to, or if it is already public through no fault of ours. We will not show your project in our portfolio, case studies or marketing unless you have agreed to that in writing. These confidentiality obligations continue after your project ends.
You keep all ownership rights in Your Content, and you give us permission to use it only as needed to deliver your project. You confirm that you have the right to give it to us and that using it will not infringe anyone else's rights.
Prices shown by the Instant Quote tool are estimates based on the options you select and are not a binding contract until an order is placed and confirmed. The 10% discount shown applies to one-off setup costs only, purchased directly through the tool, and only once 2 or more setup add-ons have been added to your package — it does not apply to monthly Service packages.
Where a template or add-on relies on a third-party platform (Swell, Stripe, Cal.com, Beds24), that platform's own subscription or transaction fees are billed directly by them and are not included in our prices — see the relevant service page or your onboarding call for details.
If you are buying as a consumer (an individual acting outside of a business, trade or profession), you have the right to cancel an order for services within 14 days of placing it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email customerservice@cheapwebsitestore.com with your order number and name. If you have asked us to start work within the 14 days (for example, by booking your onboarding call), you must pay for the work done up to the point you tell us you are cancelling, and we will refund the rest. If we have fully delivered your package within the 14 days at your request, and you have acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel once it is fully delivered, you can no longer cancel.
"Template Only" purchases are digital content, delivered by email within 24 hours of payment. By placing the order, you ask us to begin delivering the files straight away and you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once delivery has begun. Where we have not yet delivered, you can still cancel within the 14 days.
If you are buying for a business, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply, but the refund terms below do.
Before delivery: if you cancel before we have delivered your package, we will refund the part of the price for work we have not yet started (and, for consumers, in line with "Your Right To Cancel" above). Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of us agreeing the refund.
Once delivered, no refunds: once you have received your package, you are not entitled to a refund. This applies to every package, including Template + Branding and Custom Orders. A package is "received" when we have sent you the template files, or have handed over, published or made available your completed website or work for you to use.
Adjustments instead: if something we delivered does not work properly, or does not match what we agreed, tell us at customerservice@cheapwebsitestore.com within 30 days of receiving it and we will make the adjustments needed to put it right, at no extra cost. Requests for new, additional or different work beyond what was agreed are not faults, and we may quote for them separately.
Support subscriptions: monthly Service packages can be cancelled before the next billing date. Months already paid for are not refunded.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including the right to have services carried out with reasonable care and skill and, if we cannot put a fault right within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, to a price reduction or refund as the law provides.
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on orders. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider and we do not store your card details. Monthly Service packages renew each month until you cancel them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with any order — whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise — is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business or data, or for delays or failures of third-party platforms (Swell, Stripe, Cal.com, Beds24 or your hosting provider) that are outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If something goes wrong, please email customerservice@cheapwebsitestore.com with your order number and details of the problem, and we will do our best to put it right promptly.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed.
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
